Business Consulting

According to recent studies, companies that employ consultants out-perform by more than 20% those businesses that never use outside help. Whether this is due to the consultants’ help and advice or the open-mindedness and progressive action of the Business Directors is not clear!

EMC pioneered the concept of the ‘Mobile Boardroom’ with experts covering all the commercial areas – strategy, finance, accounting systems, IT, sales, marketing, production, and business growth – as well as general management, non-executive directorship and chairman roles.

Our consultants can help you improve business performance and profitability. We always offer a ‘without cost’ meeting and prepare full Terms of Reference so that you know what work is to be done and what the costs will be.

EMC Business Review
Seventy per cent of businesses that fail do so as a result of taking too little action too late. The lack of key performance information about the business is often behind the lack of action.

The EMC Business Review will look at your sales, finance, operations and overall management with a view to identifying those areas that need attention. The review is carried out by experienced, practical business people who are able to identify where improvements can be made and profits increased.

The review costs from £2,500 to £7,500 and will take no more than ten working days.

There are four phases of the review:

  • Information Gathering
  • Data Evaluation
  • Risk Assessment and Action Planning
  • Final Report and Presentation

Is your business strong enough to withstand the future economic and competitive pressures that it will face? Our review will let you know.
