Ryan is the youngest member of the EMC team and is focused on delivering the diverse range of corporate finance services provided by the group. He also acts in a supporting role on a number of interim projects to assist our team of corporate finance professionals.

He recently returned from an extended period in Australia where he worked as an investment analyst with one of the country's leading venture capital groups. Having gained experience with projects in areas such as public and private sector infrastructure development, hotel and resort management, car park development and company acquisitions, he is able to call upon a broad base of commercial understanding in his work with EMC.

A former pupil of Brighton College, Ryan graduated from Brunel University with a BSc (Hons) in Business Management and has since completed a Graduate Cert. in Applied Finance and Investment.

Ryan has been significantly involved with local sport. Having played rugby for Hove RFC, as well as captaining Sussex throughout his school days, he now continues to enjoy social rugby, golf, cricket and snow-boarding.

EMC Helps Genesis Move Down Under
As Part Of
A$150m Deal

The Eastbourne-based Genesis Forwarding Group has been acquired by the giant Australian Toll Group in a A$150 million double deal also involving the WT Sea Air Group based in Harmondsworth, Middlesex.

Genesis was advised on the sale by EMC Corporate Finance chief executive Nik Askaroff who has had a ten-year relationship with the company as both a non-executive director and mergers and acquisitions adviser.
