Meet the Director

The programmes are run by Sales Academy Director Julian Clay whose main day-to-day work is still in sales. He often fulfils the same sales roles as business owners (i.e. helping to implement a sales strategy, manage a sales team or sell directly to key accounts).

Julian has had more than 20 years experience in direct sales, sales management and sales director roles. He is personally involved in writing and delivering each of the short, sharp, highly motivational Academy programmes. He has the knowledge and ability to apply a variety of sales challenges to different competitive markets. This ensures that delegates receive maximum benefit from his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales and management process.
