Sales Programmes

Each module is 2 hours long. Sales programmes are between 2 and 8 modules and offer outstanding value. If business owners have six or more delegates who want to participate in a sales programme, content can be individually tailored to meet that company’s specific needs.
Programme 1 – Sales team assessment
For Business Owners, (4 hours) - £375 + VAT
Assessing your sales team.
Typical content includes:-
- Meeting with the business owner to discuss sales strategy
- A review of the sales team, people and processes
- A report and recommendations to develop an improved strategy
Note: If a business owner goes on Programme 5, this fee will be refunded as it is forms the equivalent of the first two modules of that programme.
Programme 2 - Essential Selling Skills
For Sales Executives, (8 modules) - £1,500 + VAT
Improving your selling skills.
Typical topics include:-
- Telephone techniques, introduction letters and emails.
- Good questioning skills.
- Turning interest into commitment.
- Presenting your products and services.
- Having a good sales proposal.
- Negotiation and closing the sale.
Programme 3 – Account Management made easy!
For Sales Executives, (4 modules) - £750 + VAT
Building better business relationships in target accounts.
Typical topics include:-
- Targeting new accounts.
- Getting more out of your existing customers.
- Building better successful business relationships.
- Key Account development to win more sales.
Programme 4 – Effective Sales Management
For Sales Managers, (6 modules) - £1,125 + VAT
How to manage a sales team successfully.
Typical topics include:-
- Leadership, management, sales planning and processes.
- Communication, development and motivating the team.
- Personal effectiveness and prioritisation.
- Managing change.
- Selling and managing through indirect channels.
Programme 5 – Sales strategy for the Business Owner
For Business Owners/Directors, - £1,500 in total + VAT
(6 modules, + includes Programme 1)
Developing a successful sales strategy.
Typical topics include:-
- What makes a good sales strategy?
- Analysing and improving your sales people.
- Having the right sales processes in place.
- How to improve your decision-making.
- Managing different types of sales people.
- Teamwork, communication and productivity.
