EMC is pleased to have advised its client Edgars Fruit on their joint venture with Fruitful Office collaborating their respective fruit delivery operations. Both companies are leaders in the delivery of fresh fruit, milk and healthy snacks to offices across the UK.

Managing Director Simon Edgar commented “I am pleased to have agreed this deal with our colleagues at Fruitful Office and excited to be embarking on positive plans in the challenging Covid environment that continues. This will enable our fruit customers to start receiving deliveries of healthy fresh fruit and milk as they plan new working practices and return to their offices.”
