EMC Corporate finance are pleased to have supported the Shareholders of Enviroclear Site Services Ltd with the sale of their business to Ambipar, the Brazilian based global emergency response specialist. The acquisition is part of the company’s global expansion plan to expand its operations in the UK.
According to Thiago Silva, Ambipar’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), “the acquisition is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to provide its clients with a global emergency response structure. Furthermore, the geographical expansion into the British and European territories seek not only to provide services with standardisation and excellence but to be recognized as the response centre for the industry and all transportation models”.
EMC’s Kevin Wheelhouse who managed the project from pre-sale development to identifying Ambipar said;
