
EMC has acted as Lead Advisors to West Sussex-based 5 Rings Group on their sale to leading Unified Comms provider Babble. Incorporated in 2007 by Geoff and Peter Raynsford, 5 Rings provides unrivalled flexible telecommunications solutions to SMEs in the South East region.
The acquisition will add scale to Babble Comms and materially build Babble Cyber, while expanding Babble’s footprint onto the South Coast. The deal is Babble’s sixth in 2021.
