Hollywood Land joins Mishon Mackay Land & New Homes

EMC Corporate Finance has advised Brighton & Hove’s leading independent estate agency, Mishon Mackay, on the integration of Hollywood Land into its Land and New Homes office based in Church Road, Hove.

Hollywood Land has worked on a consultancy basis with Mishon Mackay for six years and has now joined the firm as part of a new limited company, Mishon Mackay Land and New Homes Ltd. Its founder, Matthew Hollywood, takes on the role of Land & Development Director.

He said: “The joining of our companies is an exciting development as we each bring something very special to the operation. It really is a case of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.
