Steve Carroll

Steve is a chartered accountant with experience providing corporate finance and accountancy services to SME owner managed businesses in London and the South East across a variety of sectors. He is a key member of the team that was recently named 2024 Corporate Finance Team of the Year at the Insider South East Awards.

At EMC he is heavily involved across all corporate finance work including leading the team’s transaction service support offering. He helps business owners and management teams through the challenges and detail of due diligence, transaction data management, working capital and deal negotiation.
