EMC Corporate Finance is pleased to announce it acted as lead adviser on the successful sale of Blockbuster Contracts Limited, a leading provider of drainage services, to London Drainage Facilities (“LDF”), a portfolio company backed by YFM Equity Partners.

The acquisition marks the first strategic bolt-on acquisition by LDF since YFM’s investment in the company in 2023 and represents a significant step forward in LDF’s growth and national expansion strategy. The deal was led by Michael Pay, Director at EMC Corporate Finance.
Blockbuster Contracts, founded by Kieran Connolly, has built a strong reputation across the South East for reliable and responsive drainage services to commercial and domestic clients. The integration with LDF will enhance operational capacity, broaden service coverage, and offer exciting growth opportunities for the combined business.
