Sonny Mirborn, Group Chief Executive Officer, Alcadon Group AB, commented

Duncan Lindsay, Founder of Networks Centre, continued

I am delighted with the opportunity to accelerate the growth of Networks Centre under the Alcadon umbrella. Our team has successfully built a market leading business across the network infrastructure community and this investment is an accolade to the hard work and support of not only our staff, but also our customers and suppliers, who I would like to thank.

EMC, led by Michael Pay, has been with us every step of the way. They have shown their commercial skill at negotiating a complex cross-border transaction to get the best outcome for all parties and, in all honesty, we could not have done it without them.
