A Warwickshire document solutions provider is the latest company to be acquired by fast-growing Corona Corporate Solutions (CCS) in a deal advised on by EMC Corporate Finance.
The acquisition of Regent Document Solutions Ltd (Regent) is the third acquisition this year completed by CCS, part of the London-headquartered Corona Corporate Group.
Regent has been supplying and servicing a range of Print/Copy solutions for 30 years predominately in the Midlands. It has a highly respected reputation for its first-class service and cutting-edge technical know-how.
The deal follows CCS’s recent takeovers of managed print solutions providers Copylogic, The London Photocopying Company and CBE.
Michael Pay, who with Nik Askaroff led EMC’s team advising CCS on all the acquisitions, said: “James Stephens and the Corona team continue to grow and with this latest acquisition push their brand outside of London and the South East. The Regent deal follows the success of the previous deals EMC have been involved in and as a team we are continually working with Corona on future projects.”
James Stephens, Corona Founder, said: “As always EMC’s support of our growth program has been invaluable. Demonstrating their deep sector knowledge, they have a detailed understanding of what makes the business tick. Their commercial insight on deal making continues to be a great asset to the Corona Group”
He continued: “My aim is to give Corona even more presence throughout the UK and Europe. There is a buzz around Corona at the moment and exciting times ahead.”
CCS is now the fastest growing and most dynamic digital solutions providers in the UK. It supplies, installs and maintains multi-functional devices (MFDs), and provides print management solutions and a full range of telecommunication products and services from market-leading brands.
EMC acted as lead advisers to the Corona Group. Legal support was provided by Teacher Stern LLP.
