Immediately before joining EMC, Ross worked for a year as Interim Finance and Commercial Director at Rydon Maintenance Ltd, a £50m turnover facilities management company where he oversaw a restructuring of the finance and commercial teams while also driving closer integration between these two departments and the operational teams.
