Michael co-founded EMC Corporate Finance. As a Lead Adviser, he brings the commercial experience gained in a twenty-year career in industry to transactions. Joining EMC in 1995, originally on the business advisory side, he has been involved in hundreds of transaction over the past three decades.
Michael is an analytical and commercially focused chartered accountant based from our Brighton & Hove office. He is a lead advisor in our corporate finance team and joined the EMC board of directors in 2018.

Andrew has been at the forefront of the food manufacturing and distribution industry for 25 years during which he pioneered both the ‘Smoothie’ and ‘Free From’ product categories. He now heads EMC’s new Food Services division.
